All students participating in sports at Evangel must complete the Student Sports Physical form and return it the coach along with the sports fee. Homeschoolers may participate in the sports program at Evangel if the teams are in need of more players. Homeschoolers must complete both the Student Sports Physical form and the Homeschoolers Sports Application. Fees for participating in sports, are outlined on the second page of the tuition document.
